Pausing Your Membership
Life happens! Whether you're traveling or just need a breather, you're welcome to hit the pause button. Here is how it works:
Your Yearly Allowance: You can pause your membership for up to 60 days every year.
Two Freebies: Your first two pauses each year are completely free. If you need to pause more often than that, there is a small 150 kr service fee per request.
Planning Ahead: Just submit this form at least 14 days before you'd like the pause to start.
Longer Breaks: If you find you need more than 60 days away, we'll help you transition to a full cancellation so you aren't paying for time you aren't using.
