Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) combines Personal Training and Group Fitness by offering individualized coaching in a small group setting. Coaches tailor sessions based on your goals and abilities, adjusting movements and intensity. They accommodate injuries and limitations to ensure you achieve fantastic results.
